7 Tips For Sensible Snacking
(NC)—If you have a busy schedule, it's even more important to choose healthier snacks that give you the fuel you need to keep going between meals. Remember to watch those portions and try to include fresh fruit and vegetables as often as you can.
1. Always compare labels. When you're buying snack foods, read nutrition labels so you can compare fat, calories and sodium content. You may be surprised how the nutritional content of similar snacks can vary from brand to brand.
