A plant-based twist on holiday classics

In a recent survey, almost forty percent of Canadians agreed they are looking to include more plant-based foods in their diets. But with the holidays fast approaching—and turkey, gravy and stuffing considered seasonal staples—many of us aren’t too sure where to start.

To give us some ideas and help out the almost one-third of us who find it challenging to accommodate guest and family member food preferences during the holidays, Chef Craig Harding has worked to re-imagine festive classics. He tells us more.
